| Each year social studies teachers collect, read, and grade piles of student produced work. As a rule we simply hand it back and that's the end of it. Over the years I began collecting "the good stuff" and eventually put it together in a printed form to pass out to my students and other teachers. Our most recent "Legacy" contains recipes, 'new' folk tales, stories, poems, humor, songs, and other items saved during my years of teaching.
