Alligator Sauce Picante

Cut
1 bell pepper
1 large onion
3 stalks of celery
1 branch green onion
2 cloves garlic
Mustard
garlic salt
season all
1-1 1/2 lbs alligator meat
vegetable oil
2 (15oz.) cans tomato sauce

Brown meat in pan with vegetable oil to cover the bottom. In another pan heat two cans 15 oz. tomato sauce. Add all vegetables. Cook for 15 minutes, then add the meat. Cook for one hour on low. Add one cup of water to four teaspoons of flour mixed together to thicken gravy. Simmer fifteen minutes over low fire. Serve over rice.
